- Execute your automated trading strategies as configured by you

- Analyze how you use our platform to develop new features
- Communicate with you, including for customer service and support

3. Broker Credentials and Security
Your trust is our priority. Any broker credentials (such as MetaTrader 5 or OANDA login details) that you provide to connect your accounts are encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We never store these credentials in plaintext on our servers. Access to this data is strictly limited to the automated systems required to execute your trades.
4. Third-Party Services
StellarWinds Trader integrates with several third-party services to provide our complete functionality:
- MetaApi: Used to connect to and communicate with your broker for market data and trade execution.
- Supabase: Provides our database and authentication infrastructure.
- Anthropic (Claude): Powers our AI strategy analysis and reporting features. No personally identifiable financial data is sent to Anthropic.
- TradingView: Provides charting functionality. Your trading data is overlaid on these charts locally within your browser.
5. Data Retention
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please contact us.
